I’ve been taking alot of random online quizzes lately…perhaps in an attempt to finally figure myself out and reassure myself that I am who I think I am. After all, I’ve already lived out a third of my life.
Here’s what Jungian Type Personality Type Test for Programmers thinks. Sadly, I clicked on this link because I thought it was a joke, not because I actually consider myself a ‘Programmer’. But judging from the results, this is clearly not meant to be funny, unless you’re trying to picture me doing some of these jobs…I would be so awful at them.

I won’t list them all but I will say that INFJ is listed at 1.5% – the lowest percentage of any type (I knew there was something funky about me). In contrast, the most popular personality type is ISFJ at 13.8%. How much difference 1 letter makes.
Of course, this is not the first time I’ve ever taken the Myers-Briggs Test…it’s probably more like the 5th time I’ve taken it in the past 10 years. Every time I see the results though, they just seem so off that I dismiss the whole personality theory thing as a kind of superstition, like astrological signs or fortune tellers.
It sure would be nice though to find something that gives me some definitive answers as to what exactly I need in life to make it feel complete. Even better yet, WHO I need…
